3. The exact location or URL of the allegedly infringing content

4. Your contact information — address, phone number, and email

5. A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the use is not permitted by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law

6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rightful copyright owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf

📬 How We Handle Notices

Once we receive a valid copyright complaint:

• Our team will review the information to ensure it meets legal standards

• We will take preliminary actions, such as disabling access to the reported content, within 1 to 3 working days

• The reported user will be notified and asked for clarification or counter-evidence, if applicable

📝 Counter Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notice.

The counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, contact details, and a signature

• A description of the removed content and where it appeared

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed as a result of error or misidentification

• A declaration that you consent to jurisdiction under Indian law and are prepared to respond if the original complainant initiates legal action

Upon receiving a complete counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 days, unless the original complainant informs us that legal proceedings have been initiated.
