The following categories of content are strictly prohibited within Truepal AI, including anything generated in chats, voice interactions, or AI-created media:
a) Illegal or Unlawful Content
Any content that violates Indian or international law is forbidden. This includes anything related to drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or the promotion of illegal acts.
b) Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or similar traits is not tolerated.
c) Violence and Harm
You may not use Truepal AI to promote, encourage, or glorify violence, suicide, self-harm, terrorism, or harm to others.
d) Child Safety Violations
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any attempts to exploit, endanger, or harass minors. Any such attempt will be acted upon immediately.
e) Minor Resemblance in AI-Generated Content
Creating AI characters or content that resemble minors in sexual, violent, or suggestive contexts is strictly banned. All such content will be flagged and removed. See our Underage Policy for more details.
f) Privacy and Copyright Infringement
You may not share personal details of others, impersonate someone else, or use copyrighted material without permission. Piracy, identity theft, or leaking private data is strictly prohibited.
g) Impersonation and Celebrity Misuse
Creating content that falsely portrays real people, influencers, or public figures in a misleading or harmful way is not allowed. This includes attempts to generate AI responses or images that imitate known individuals for malicious purposes.

Every user is responsible for the content produced through their interactions with Truepal’s AI. Our systems respond based on the prompts you give. Therefore, you are accountable for ensuring your prompts and resulting AI content follow the law and our platform’s rules.
Misuse of the platform for illegal, unethical, or harmful behavior will result in action, including potential suspension or account termination.

While all conversations are private, Truepal AI uses proprietary moderation tools built into our language models. These tools monitor for policy violations. If flagged content is detected, it may be reviewed by our internal team, and appropriate action will be taken. This could include:
- Warning or suspending the user
- Removing specific content
- Escalating serious matters to the relevant legal authorities
