3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after using or exploring the features

  • You didn’t cancel the subscription before the renewal date

  • You experienced dissatisfaction due to unmet personal expectations or preferences

  • You violated our Terms of Service and were suspended or banned

  • You used a significant portion of the paid service before requesting a refund

Remember, usage history is tracked, and refund abuse is taken seriously.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel them in advance. You are responsible for managing your subscription status.

  • If you cancel before the renewal date, you’ll continue to have access for the remaining period, but you won’t be charged again

  • We do not refund partial periods of use — for example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly plan

6. Refund Method and Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly recommend reaching out to us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way.

Users who engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may have their accounts flagged or permanently restricted from using our services.
