Some features may require account registration and/or a paid subscription.
- Account Registration

- Eligibility and Legal Compliance

- You are not underage according to your local laws. If you are, do not use the Services.
- Intellectual Property

- Payments, Tokens & Cancellations
- Free users get 5 messages.
- Paid plans include unlimited chats and monthly tokens for advanced features.
- Tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- Subscription auto-renews unless canceled in advance.
- You may cancel anytime; features remain available until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
- You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
- No refunds if you have used more than 20 tokens.
- Refunds are only available for card payments.
- AI Limitations
Truepal AI generates content based on user input using machine learning. It may not always be accurate or realistic. Outputs may be filtered or altered to comply with safety guidelines.

Truepal AI is offered to you “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don’t make any guarantees — either direct or implied — about how the platform performs or the results you may expect.
We do not promise that:

- The output of our AI companions will be accurate or reliable
- Any bugs or glitches will be fixed instantly
