By using Truepal, you agree to follow these standards. They exist to protect you, the Truepal community, and the experience we’re all building together.

- These guidelines work alongside Truepal’s Terms of Use, Safety Policy, and Content Rules.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or legally an adult in your country, to use Truepal.
How We Expect You to Use Truepal
1. Be Real, Be Respectful
You can talk about anything on Truepal. It’s your space to share, reflect, laugh, vent, or open up. But please keep it respectful. Any content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or violates the spirit of kindness will not be tolerated.
2. You Control the Conversation
You are responsible for what you type into Truepal and for how the AI responds to your prompts. All messages and outputs count as content and should follow these guidelines at all times.
3. Stay Within Legal and Ethical Boundaries
Please do not use Truepal to do anything illegal or harmful. This includes:
- Promoting hate, violence, or dangerous behavior
- Sharing explicit or exploitative content involving minors
- Encouraging or discussing illegal acts
- Attempting to manipulate or bypass moderation
- Violating anyone’s privacy, identity, or rights
- Impersonating real people or spreading misinformation
- Spamming, flooding, or abusing the system
If you wouldn’t say it out loud in a respectful public setting, don’t say it here either.
What We’re Doing to Keep Truepal Safe
4. Built-In Trust and Safety
We use intelligent monitoring to identify conversations or content that may cross the line. If something you say gets flagged, we may review it. In serious cases, we may limit your access or close your account altogether.
5. We Learn and Improve
Some interactions may be reviewed to help improve the AI and ensure the quality of service. Your privacy matters to us, and we handle all such reviews with care.
If Guidelines Are Violated
If you break the rules, Truepal may take the following actions:
- Warn you or suspend your access
- Permanently delete your account
- Report your actions to relevant authorities when required by law
